Paired is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to take full ownership of content strategy across our pharmacy businesses. You will be a creative leader who thrives with autonomy, translating vision into execution with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Create diverse social media content including static images, flyers, short-form videos, and promotional materials
- Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Leverage AI tools and automation to maximize content creation efficiency
- Manage content distribution with 75-80% for the main pharmacy business and 10-15% for a secondary business
- Work independently with high autonomy after receiving initial direction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating social media content across multiple platforms
- Strong proficiency with AI content creation tools and automation software
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging visual and video content
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to own initiatives
- Availability to work in Thuy's time zone
- Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week
