Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to build, engage, and entertain our growing audience. You'll be the creative and meme-savvy voice managing our presence across Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok, driving community interaction through content, bonuses, contests, and giveaways.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content (posts, memes, reels, stories) for Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Build and nurture an active and loyal community through regular interaction and creative campaigns.
- Plan and execute contests, giveaways, and community events to boost engagement.
- Share and promote bonuses, promotions, and updates in a fun and on-brand way.
- Monitor social channels and community sentiment, escalating feedback to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand messaging.
- Stay on top of social trends, crypto/iGaming news, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Report on key metrics (follower growth, engagement, community activity).
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in social media or community management within crypto or iGaming.
- Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent sense of humor and ability to create memes and viral content.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for crypto, gaming, or online entertainment communities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are an advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with influencer outreach or community ambassador programs.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Previous experience moderating or growing large communities.
