EY is looking for a Social Media and Web Coordinator to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team in Chile. In this key role, you will manage social media, create engaging content, and administer our corporate website, ensuring all communications are coherent and aligned with the firm's strategy.
What You'll Do
- Define, plan, and execute content strategy aligned with firm objectives.
- Generate and schedule monthly and weekly posts, adapting formats for each platform.
- Create content in various formats: text, images, videos, reels, and creative pieces.
- Constantly coordinate with internal teams to gather information and develop relevant content.
- Prepare performance reports, metrics, and quarterly analyses.
- Cover important in-person firm events with stories and real-time content.
- Record content and develop scripts, ensuring narrative coherence and audiovisual quality.
- Create new creative strategies to boost platform reach and engagement.
- Maintain high standards of spelling, writing, and communication consistency.
- Manage, upload, and update content on the corporate website.
- Build landing pages for specific campaigns or initiatives.
- Administer the website to ensure visual consistency, quality, and alignment with corporate narrative.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Advertising.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in agencies or corporate marketing and communications areas.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency with digital content management and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite.
- Knowledge of the social media ecosystem: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
- Mastery of design and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Canva Pro.
- Proficiency with video and short-form content editing tools like CapCut.
- Experience using analytics and metrics platforms.
- Experience managing corporate CMS for web content upload, update, and creation.
Nice to Have
- Portfolio of audiovisual pieces and digital content is desirable.
- Basic SEO knowledge and experience using generative AI tools for creative support is desirable.
