Lynker is seeking a Social Media and Community Engagement Specialist to develop and execute our social media strategy. In this role, you will be the voice of the company online, building and nurturing our community across various platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) across multiple platforms
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that builds community and brand loyalty
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy to optimize performance and growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
