Leonardo.AI is hiring a Social Media & AI Trend Creator to join the Hype Team. In this role, you will act as our cultural radar, tracking rising trends and translating them into crisp creative direction and shareable assets. You will sit at the intersection of Canva and Leonardo AI, focusing on making Canva a trend-driving brand.

What You'll Do

Concept and create social-first content designed to spark remixing, sharing, and user-generated content.
Anticipate cultural waves, emerging trends, new formats, and platform behaviors, acting early before they peak.
Translate Canva’s newest tools and features into culturally fluent, remix-worthy campaign ideas.
Build mockups or rough edits using Canva and Leonardo AI tools to show what’s possible.
Monitor subcultures and creator communities, especially where AI meets creativity.
Write short, sharp digests that connect trend signals to campaign opportunities.
Work closely with your team lead, designers, creators, and editors to quickly move from idea to post.

What We're Looking For

Taste, timing, and internet fluency.
A Gen Z social native with 3–5 years (professional or not) of experience creating or directing social-first content—either in-house, agency-side, or as a creator.
You live and breathe internet culture and understand how AI is shaping it.
You track micro-trends, platform jokes, and creator formats in real-time and can identify early signals of how users co-create with new tools.
You have built or grown an account, run a viral campaign, or created content that earned real attention.
You are excited about AI and know how to prompt creatively.
You can synthesize ideas into 2-minute reads that spark action.
