Rhino Entertainment Group is seeking a Social & Influencer Manager to lead our brand presence and community engagement in the Indian market. You will be responsible for making the brand relatable, visible, and viral across key platforms and culturally relevant moments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the organic & paid social media strategy across Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Source, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and content creators.
- Build and maintain a localized content calendar, in sync with campaigns and cultural events.
- Work closely with CRM and brand teams to ensure consistent tone and message.
- Monitor trends, festivals, memes, and content formats to stay relevant and relatable.
- Input into quarterly growth plans with social and influencer-driven campaigns.
- Participate in mystery shopping and brand testing to inform tone and content strategy.
- Support UX and promotional localization by feeding back insights from the community.
- Report monthly on engagement, influencer ROI, and player sentiment trends.
- Assist with competitive analysis focused on brand and influencer activity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or community management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian digital culture, creators, and player communities.
- Content-first mindset with a track record of driving social engagement and ROI.
- Ability to write copy, brief creators, and manage campaigns from start to finish.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in a youth-focused digital brand.
