Zeely Inc. is hiring a SMM Manager

Zeely Inc. is looking for a SMM Manager to drive the growth of Zeely AI through a powerful content strategy. You will create and execute a creative social media strategy to bring in new users via TikTok and Meta Ads, boost conversions, and build a strong community.

What You'll Do

• Build and implement an SMM strategy aimed at driving conversions.
• Monitor the latest trends and best practices in social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, and apply them to our content strategy.
• Develop and scale the brand’s presence across social media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Stay on top of US social media trends and understand American culture.
• Grow the UGC direction to strengthen the connection with our product’s audience.
• Track key social media metrics and content effectiveness.
• Analyze campaigns and make data-driven decisions to increase engagement and conversions.
• Write creative copy that grabs attention and drives engagement across all platforms.
• Experiment with different formats and content topics.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience managing SMM projects in the US market.
• Strong understanding of trends and best practices in social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and ability to adapt them to the product.
• Skills in setting up and managing advertising campaigns, with solid knowledge of targeting principles.
• Proficiency in social media analytics: monitoring key metrics, analyzing campaigns, and implementing improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling brand presence across social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more).
• English at B2+ level for working effectively with English-speaking content.

Team & Environment

You will join a team of over 90 specialists, work directly with stakeholders, and report to the Hiring Manager and CEO.
