Banorte is seeking an SME Banking Executive to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Your primary objective will be to manage and develop the assigned client portfolio to increase the placement of SME products and services developed by the institution, while generating new clients with high portfolio quality and achieving established goals.
What You'll Do
- Drive portfolio growth for SME clients.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess client health and opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the profitability of clients within your portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales area.
- Knowledge of commercial banking/e-banking products, financial analysis, and a sales profile.
- Key competencies: Proactivity, goal-oriented focus, information analysis, organization, and planning.

This position is based locally in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
