Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Slovak Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients, helping them navigate and resolve technical challenges with our products.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and empower them to understand our products better.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to product improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, technical updates, and best practices within the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for customers.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A strong interest in technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support platforms is advantageous.
