Mercier Consultancy is hiring for Slovak Speaking Customer Service roles. You will provide exceptional support to Slovak-speaking clients across various communication channels, resolving inquiries and complaints to maintain positive relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to relocate to Bulgaria with full support.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak across phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Document customer interactions and contribute suggestions for improving service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery and tackle common challenges.
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Take part in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
