Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak Speaking Customer Representative to provide professional support to our clients. You will be key in ensuring a high-quality customer experience while collaborating with a dedicated team. This is a remote position requiring relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and effectively.
- Communicate through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Become proficient with our client systems to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Fluency in Slovak, both written and spoken.
