Ramp is rebuilding modern finance teams in the age of AI and investing in an AI-powered future. We are seeking a Skunkworks Marketing Generalist to identify and execute unconventional, scalable methods to drive high-quality leads for our financial operations platform. Your focus will be on developing repeatable marketing motions that significantly increase the pipeline of sales-qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Identify unconventional methods for reaching finance decision makers at companies across the United States.
- Evaluate and prioritize ideas from across the company, selecting those with the best chance for success and highest upside.
- Execute smaller tests of selected ideas, working with high independence to overcome obstacles.
- Demonstrate efficient performance metrics and drive concrete, measurable growth results through tests.
- Scale up successful new approaches to drive large quantities of high-quality leads.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operationally-intensive roles (e.g., logistics, film production).
- Demonstrated ability to take difficult projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work collaboratively and partner cross-functionally with data, finance, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize ideas with incomplete information.
- Excitement for trying non-traditional approaches and finding creative solutions to obstacles.
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Prior success scaling an unconventional marketing motion.
- Knowledge of finance teams and B2B marketing tactics.
- Ability to write compelling marketing copy.
