ScaleSource is hiring a Skool Practice Manager & Client Experience Lead to run the operational engine behind our global coaching business serving founders and leadership teams across the U.S., Africa, LATAM, and Asia.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage courses inside Skool, organizing modules and curriculum.
- Upload recordings within 48 hours and maintain a clean course structure.
- Manage inbound email and LinkedIn DMs, responding within 24 hours.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and track renewals and retention.
- Execute large distribution email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach sequences, and cold calls.
- Manage a Social Media posting calendar and respond to comments & DMs.
- Trim videos, upload clips, and create simple Canva graphics.
- Travel internationally at least once per quarter to support live events, workshops, and content capture.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months actively managing a Skool course.
- 3+ years supporting a business coach, consultant, or professional services firm.
- Experience contributing to a coaching program with 100+ paying members.
- Experience executing outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls).
- Experience with AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Organized, systems-driven, and proactive.
- Passport required and comfortable with quarterly international travel.

- Helped scale a course from early stage to 100+ members.
- Helped grow an email list to 10,000+.
- CRM management experience.
- Familiarity with EOS concepts.
- Experience supporting cohort launches.

- Compensation: $1,500/month – First 6 months. $1,750/month – Months 7–12. $2,000/month – After 12 months.
