Responsibilities
- Monitor live systems and respond to incidents using enterprise-grade observability platforms, helping refine alerts, dashboards, and service level objective tracking.
- Help manage and sustain on-premises data center and cloud infrastructure, covering compute, storage, networking, and enterprise middleware components.
- Support operations across multiple cloud providers, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, with focus on compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
- Advance automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to minimize manual work and increase consistency across environments.
- Engage in DevSecOps and GitOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline management and policy compliance.
- Assist in improving cloud security posture by identifying and resolving configuration errors and security vulnerabilities.
- Take part in on-call schedules and contribute to post-incident reviews conducted in a blame-free environment.
- Create and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and system documentation to promote team-wide knowledge sharing.
