Responsibilities

- Ensure contract terms comply with local laws and regulations
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements
- Track contract progress from initiation to execution
- Maintain accurate records of all contract activities
- Resolve discrepancies in contract language or payment terms
- Support site activation timelines by expediting contract cycles
- Collaborate with project managers and study teams
- Manage high volumes of contracts across multiple studies
- Ensure consistent application of standard contract templates
- Identify and escalate risks in contract negotiations
- Provide updates on contract status to stakeholders
- Work with central monitoring and operations teams
- Adapt templates to meet local legal requirements
- Ensure payment terms align with study budgets
- Maintain confidentiality of contract details
- Support audits by providing contract documentation
- Train local staff on contract processes
- Monitor performance against contract cycle time goals
- Build relationships with site personnel
- Ensure timely signature collection from both parties
- Address site inquiries about contract terms
