About the Role

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is hiring a highly organized Site Administrator to support the execution of complex, multi-site deployment projects. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, resource alignment, and clear communication for power distribution equipment installations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee deployment timelines across multiple customer sites, ensuring compliance with approval processes for any changes.
  • Serve as the primary remote liaison for site teams, managing expectations and aligning schedules.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments, logistics, field service, and external customer contacts.
  • Contribute to weekly project coordination calls, providing milestone updates and identifying risks.
  • Lead introductions between site contacts and field service teams to support startup and commissioning.
  • Maintain accurate project data across platforms, meeting KPIs related to customer SLAs.
  • Process site-specific customer orders, plan deployments, and coordinate logistics.
  • Coordinate the return process for damaged equipment with proper stakeholder communication.
  • Respond proactively to site inquiries to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years in site or project coordination, preferably across multiple sites in manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables); proficiency in Outlook, Word, and databases.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with confidence in managing conflicting priorities.
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and adaptability to shifting needs.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-demand roles involving cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.

Nice to Have

  • Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or a related field.
