It's Prodigy is looking for an experienced and motivated Microsoft Systems Administrator (Sistemista Microsoft) to join a client's team. We are an innovative startup focused on creating next-generation solutions for businesses. Your primary mission will be to ensure the stability and security of systems based on Microsoft technologies.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (from version 2012 onwards).
- Manage and administer Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
- Maintain and optimize Exchange Server or Microsoft 365/Exchange Online.
- Implement and manage virtualization solutions with Hyper-V and/or VMware.
- Configure and monitor IIS web servers and SQL Server databases.
- Manage network and server security (firewall, antivirus, updates, patch management).
- Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide second-level technical support for users and systems.
- Proactively monitor service performance and availability.
- Document configurations and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft System Administrator.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) and/or Exchange Server.
- Competence in administering Hyper-V (or VMware).
- Familiarity with IIS and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Scripting skills with PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
- Ability to autonomously manage priorities and work towards objectives.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (e.g., System Center Operations Manager).
- Familiarity with complex network environments.
