Solutus Legal Search is seeking a Director of Compliance for an in-house role with a company in the Silicon Valley area. This is a full-time position where you will build and lead the compliance function.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance program
- Design and conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring
- Lead internal compliance training and education initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on compliance obligations and strategic decisions
- Manage relationships with external regulators and auditors
What We're Looking For
- Significant in-house experience in a senior compliance role
- Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the technology sector
- Proven ability to build compliance programs from the ground up
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Work Mode
This position follows a hybrid work model based in Silicon Valley, CA. Remote work arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
