Paired is looking for a Shopify Operations Manager to oversee all day-to-day business operations for our rapidly growing DTC e-commerce brand that designs and sells sustainable stainless steel utensils. This mission-driven role is central to scaling a company dedicated to eliminating plastic from daily routines.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily business operations and customer service.
- Handle inventory management and maintain supplier relationships.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and create performance reports.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and support basic bookkeeping.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store and integrate new software or marketplaces.
- Generate and manage wholesale leads.
- Support marketing, SEO, and other business growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or business operations.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Shopify platform.
- Experience with CRMs and Google Analytics.
- Basic accounting software skills.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of marketing, SEO, and logistics.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Available to work US time zone hours during the training period.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
