Hire Overseas is looking for a charismatic Remote US Recruiter to own the entire candidate pipeline. You will source top talent, manage the interview process, and represent company executives directly to ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify top candidates on LinkedIn using strategic search techniques.
- Represent executives directly when reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn with professional messaging.
- Build and nurture candidate relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess fit before presenting to hiring managers.
- Manage the complete interview process including scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain the Ashby recruiting platform with meticulous attention to detail and candidate tracking.
- Send timely candidate follow-ups and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Create detailed candidate profiles and present compelling cases to hiring managers.
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring manager feedback and market insights.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience.
- Think critically about talent market trends and adjust approach accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring criteria and improve success rates.
