About the Role
The selected candidate will lead construction projects from initial planning through final inspection, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential construction and renovation projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget benchmarks
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and safety compliance
- Resolve unexpected issues such as design changes or material delays
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, permits, and changes
- Oversee procurement and delivery of construction materials
- Facilitate communication between design teams, clients, and field personnel
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for high-impact project variables
- Track labor and material expenditures to control costs
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols on all job sites
- Lead project closeout processes including final walkthroughs and punch lists
Compensation
