OneTouch Direct is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will provide exceptional support by handling inbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, account questions, order processing, and issue resolution. What You'll Do
- Warmly greet customers and handle inbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account questions, and order processing.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure the best service.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or support role.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or higher (no Macs, Surfaces, or Chromebooks).
- Ethernet connection.
- USB headset with noise-canceling capabilities.
- Webcam (external or built-in).
