Kirin is hiring a Shopify Management Assistant to curate, document, and manage our unique product catalog on Shopify. As part of our fast-growing startup, you will be responsible for the visual presentation of our products, from photography to inventory accuracy, in a fast-paced environment that goes beyond a typical 9-to-5 corporate role.
What You'll Do
- Manage all product listings in Shopify, including new products, inventory updates, and fabric specifications.
- Take product photos and videos in-office to ensure high-quality visual presentation.
- Track and update inventory accurately within the Shopify system.
- Properly label fabrics and items to maintain clear organization.
- Coordinate with the team to execute product uploads and updates efficiently.
- Liaise with photographers and content creators to plan and execute product shoots.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Shopify backend/admin and online store operations.
- A good eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Receptive to feedback and collaborative with the team.
- Strong work ethic aligned with startup culture.
- Clear, prompt, and proactive communication skills.
- Able to work independently and closely with the team.

- Marketing sense is a plus.
- Freelance or business owner experience is a bonus.
