Paired is looking for a Shopify-Focused Ecommerce Project Manager to lead retention marketing campaigns for multiple direct-to-consumer brands. In this remote role, you will be the organizational hub, ensuring clients stay on track and on budget by extracting actionable insights from Shopify and other data sources.
What You'll Do
- Manage retention marketing projects across 5+ D2C e-commerce brands simultaneously.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and client communications across multiple accounts.
- Ensure all client projects stay on track, on budget, and meet established KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for project-related matters.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between strategy, creative, and execution teams.
- Extract and analyze performance data from Shopify for each client to measure retention campaign effectiveness.
- Create comprehensive client reports showing campaign performance, customer behavior insights, and ROI metrics.
- Manipulate and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide high-level strategic analysis.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on data analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in clear, actionable formats.
- Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo and other ESP platforms.
- Coordinate customer segmentation strategies and personalization initiatives.
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all retention marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all client touchpoints.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client records using Notion.
- Create and update standard operating procedures for client onboarding and campaign management.
- Use Asana and Base Camp to organize tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration across all client accounts.
- Develop and maintain project templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Document best practices and learnings to improve agency operations.
What We're Looking For
- Shopify expertise: Proven ability to navigate Shopify admin, extract data, create reports, and analyze e-commerce metrics.
- Data manipulation: Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and create meaningful insights.
- Project management platforms: Hands-on experience with both Asana and Base Camp for managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Documentation tools: Proficiency with Notion for creating organized, accessible project documentation.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Background in data analysis with demonstrated ability to extract insights from performance metrics.
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously in an agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of working with D2C e-commerce brands and understanding their unique challenges.
Nice to Have
- Email marketing platforms: Experience with Klaviyo preferred; familiarity with other ESP platforms valuable.
- Experience with retention marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle management preferred.
