About the Role

Valvoline Global Operations is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to process customer orders, coordinate outbound shipments, and ensure delivery accuracy. In this role, you will be the key contact for Customer Service on delivery issues and will work closely with our logistics and plant teams to support on-time fulfillment.

What You'll Do

  • Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Act as point of contact for customer service reps on any delivery issues, changes, requests, or pickups.
  • Process all customer orders to meet requested shipping dates.
  • Work in the TMS to schedule pick-ups.
  • Sign in outbound trucks and manage billing.
  • Maintain daily communications with the Plant Manager, Distribution Supervisor, customer service reps, and logistics team.
  • Provide backup for other functions as required by the facility manager or supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Travel requirement of 0-10%.

Nice to Have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the logistics and plant teams and provide backup for other facility functions. This role reports to the facility manager or supervisor.
