Lincoln Electric is looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This role is central to our supply chain operations, responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of materials, order processing, and logistics coordination.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound materials, including order picking, packing, and verification.
- Process paperwork and prepare logistics for shipments, including tracking and processing via UPS.
- Verify received parts and quantities against packing slips and store materials appropriately.
- Perform production order picking and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Dispose of packaging materials and recycling in designated containers.
- Travel to our Burlington Automation location in Waterdown, ON, as required.
- Perform general shop duties and assist other departments as workload demands.
- Work cooperatively with Support, Production, and Purchasing teams to resolve issues.
- Actively support and abide by all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in company performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete any additional duties or projects assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- The ability to function effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and self-motivation.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to work without direct supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Forklift operating experience.
- Familiarity with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at our Mississauga location.
