Groupe Clarins, a French family-owned company dedicated to Responsible Beauty, is looking for an Assistant Influence Project Manager for an apprenticeship starting in September 2026. Reporting to the Influence Project Manager, you will support the deployment of the French influence strategy and coordinate the various activations within that framework.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between influencers and Clarins, handling daily requests from agents and influencers for product sends, collaborations, and contests.
- Coordinate with the seeding agency and other vendors, managing product orders, reporting, and day-to-day communication.
- Create graphic cards or flyers to accompany product seedings.
- Manage paid collaboration projects, interfacing with influencers and their agents, developing briefs, and validating content.
- Assist in organizing and preparing influencer events, including agency briefings, logistics, invitation management, RSVP tracking, and guest welcome.
- Contribute to developing dedicated Influence boxes for product seeding associated with each new launch.
- Place product orders.
- Track and analyze campaign activations by creating campaigns in the Kolsquare tracking tool.
- Produce post-campaign reports and analyze KPIs for each activation.
- Conduct daily social media monitoring, benchmarking competitors and identifying new formats, trends, and influencer profiles.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student in a Business School, Communications School, or equivalent, at a Master's degree level (Bac+5).
