Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Shift Technical Executive based at our Novena location. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations to ensure a well-managed, safe, and tenant-focused building environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Building Manager in the daily building operations.
- Manage all Sub-Contractors, supervise & coordinate Facility Management activities, and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
- Prepare monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
- Ensure smooth operations on site(s).
- Manage ad-hoc project(s) and facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary.
What We're Looking For
- A Degree, Diploma, or Higher Nitec in Building Services, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or facilities management, or building and facilities maintenance.
- Practical knowledge in building works and facilities management.
- Good communication skills for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern from 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am, 4 days working per week.
Team & Environment
You will support the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.
