3M is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Personal Safety Division in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Eastern and Northern parts of the country by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M safety solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of 3M Personal Safety products through proposals and presentations.
- Provide end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the personal safety or industrial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
