Curriculum Associates, LLC is hiring a Learning and Development Program Manager, Science & Stile Platform. In this role, you will bridge educators, product innovators, and internal teams to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful training. You’ll lead the design, building, and delivery of exceptional learning experiences for internal teams focused on our science curriculum and the Stile teaching and learning platform.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to expert for all learning and development tied to science curriculum and the Stile platform.
- Transform stakeholder needs into engaging, learner-focused content and resources.
- Develop training that equips internal teams to confidently use and support the Stile platform.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Development, Marketing, and Program Managers to align learning content with broader goals.
- Facilitate training sessions—both planned and spontaneous—that build capability and confidence across teams.
- Manage and continuously improve internal learning resources, ensuring they are current, inclusive, and actionable.
- Oversee timelines, ensure quality, and continuously refine based on feedback and accessibility best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Instructional design mastery: ability to turn complex learning needs into engaging, effective training experiences.
- A strong foundation in science education and curriculum design, especially for middle school learners.
- Familiarity with modern learning platforms and an understanding of diverse learning types.
- Skilled at synthesizing input from many voices and aligning around a shared goal.
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes consistently.
- Confidence leading training sessions that energize and upskill teams.
- Knowledge management experience: ability to create systems and resources that keep teams informed and empowered.
- Deep understanding of learning experience design and how to craft training that sticks.
- Knowledge of middle school science curriculum needs.
- Experience with digital learning platforms or technology-driven education tools.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Stile learning platform.
Team & Environment
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Program Managers as part of the science team.
