CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor Trainee to prepare for higher-level supervisory roles like Operations Supervisor. This entry-level, short-term position involves performing work as directed, completing basic operations and management skills training, and learning key aspects of our business and company culture. Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for promotion.
What You'll Do
- Prepare for future supervisory responsibilities by performing work as directed
- Complete basic operations and management skills training
- Learn about key aspects of the business and CVS/pharmacy culture
- Work effectively with store management and store crews
- Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank)
- Handle all customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
