CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee to learn our pharmacy operations and culture. This entry-level, short-term role prepares you for future supervisory positions like Operations Supervisor by immersing you in the key aspects of our business.
What You'll Do
- Perform directed work to prepare for supervisory responsibilities.
- Complete basic operations and management skills training.
- Learn key business aspects, such as building customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with store management and crews.
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
- Communicate information between store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote our customer service culture: greet, offer help, and thank.
- Handle customer relations issues per company policy.
- Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
- Upon promotion, lead store staff, ensure smooth operations, and manage opening/closing procedures.
