CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team as a key leader supporting store management in driving performance and building consumer loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring store operations run smoothly and all opening and closing procedures are completed when no manager is onsite.
What You'll Do
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote the CVS customer service culture, greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Execute the displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
- Reset departments following plan-o-grams (POGs).
What We're Looking For
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
