What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations during your assigned shift, managing both warehouse and kitchen workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency. Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports smooth order fulfillment.
Supervise team members by providing clear direction, supporting training, and promoting safe work practices. Act as the go-to person for resolving operational issues that arise during the shift, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
Ensure inventory is properly managed, stored, and protected. Monitor equipment and company assets to prevent loss or damage. Accurately fulfill customer orders and support seamless pickup experiences for delivery partners.
Communicate professionally with customers when challenges occur, helping maintain trust and service quality. Lead by example through respectful, solution-focused interactions with both team members and customers.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, quality, and the overall customer experience. Support daily tasks across both warehouse and kitchen areas as needed to keep operations on track.
Requirements
- Demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork
- Have experience in food service, retail, or warehouse environments
- Be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Be comfortable operating a pallet jack and hand truck
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Flexible availability to meet operational scheduling needs
Preferred Qualifications
- College diploma (optional, but considered a plus)
