This role supports stockholders by providing clear information and facilitating participation in Annual and Special Shareholder Meetings. As a fully remote position, it requires consistent, full-time availability with the flexibility to take on additional hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to assist current stockholders with inquiries
- Guide shareholders through voting processes for corporate meetings
- Deliver accurate information and support in a professional, compliant manner
Requirements
Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week remotely and be open to overtime when offered. Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus and may support onboarding and daily tasks.
Training & Advancement
Comprehensive computer-based training is provided. Performance, work ethic, and learning agility will inform advancement opportunities. Hours exceeding 40 per week are compensated at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
Compensation
Pay is $16 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked beyond 40 weekly. The role is fully remote, with administrative support based in Pittsburgh.
