Scalesource is looking for a ServiceTitan Administrator to manage and optimize the platform for our U.S. home service business. You will support team members with system usage, maintain accurate data, and generate operational reports to support decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Configure and maintain ServiceTitan settings and workflows.
- Manage user permissions and system configurations.
- Train team members on ServiceTitan features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to staff regarding system usage.
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve platform-related challenges.
- Monitor system performance and identify operational issues.
- Maintain accurate data entry protocols within the system.
- Generate operational reports and performance analytics.
- Support leadership with data insights and reporting visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.
- Stay updated on platform updates and new features.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing or administering the ServiceTitan platform.
- At least 3 years of experience working with CRM or service management software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience training team members or supporting users on software platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience generating reports and analyzing operational data.
- Experience managing 100+ customer records or service tickets within a CRM while maintaining data accuracy.

Benefits & Compensation
- Fully remote position.
