Join Zirous as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, leading full-cycle client Salesforce implementations and optimizing Salesforce environments. You will utilize your Salesforce expertise to streamline business processes, integrate with various systems, and provide expert technical guidance.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client projects from start to finish, including timeline, communications, training, and sign-off.
- Lead Technical Requirements and business analysis gathering sessions and collaborate to provide documentation.
- Act as the Technical Architect to deliver well-architected and secure solutions leveraging SFDC and SFDX.
- Customize and configure Salesforce, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
- Oversee data quality, integrity, and security within Salesforce and perform data imports, exports, and cleansing.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting to improve user adoption.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings for data security and access controls.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems for seamless data flow.
- Perform regular system maintenance, monitoring, updates, and third-party integration management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customizations, processes, and best practices.
- Utilize professional discretion to make technical decisions guiding projects with minimal oversight.
- Deliver modules within a workstream from a technical perspective, including customization and programming.
- Demonstrate built capabilities to product managers as part of application development.
- Develop code consistent with specifications and perform unit testing.
- Participate in formal unit and/or integration testing for deliverables.
- Complete complex configurations for Salesforce features that are not common or basic.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally regarding the logic in assigned tasks.
- Proactively research, learn, and apply new technology and methods to solve tasks.
- Participate in CI/CD/Release Management and identify technical risks/issues.
- Build roadmaps for future enhancements based on current configurations.
- Build Salesforce reports or custom reports for customers.
- Adhere to best practices, perform peer code reviews, and ensure design patterns are followed.
- Work closely with the Director of RevOps to ensure successful project implementation.
- Communicate with the Director of Resource Management regarding time allocation on projects.
- Provide expert hands-on technical support, consultation, and coaching to clients.
- Provide technical support and share Salesforce ecosystem expertise with internal team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of customization and development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically with Sales or Service Clouds.
- Proficiency in Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, and Data migration tools.
- Previous experience completing full-cycle Salesforce platform implementations.
Nice to Have
- Background in RevOps, sales operations, or marketing operations.
- Experience with common integrations (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, outreach tools, support platforms, or data enrichment).
- Consulting experience.
- Experience with Triggers, API, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and ability to code from scratch with Apex.
- Experience using DevOps tooling with the Salesforce.com platform.
- Experience with AI tools (Salesforce AI, Einstein, or external LLM-based tools).
- Solid troubleshooting skills to debug and analyze issues to resolution.
- Salesforce certifications in one or more areas (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Health, Commerce, Experience, or Marketing Cloud).
- Proven ability to balance multiple client assignments and deadlines simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; self-directed work style with clear communication.
