EY is looking for a ServiceNow TSM Developer to join our GDS-ServiceNow team. You will work with a talented multi-disciplinary team to solve complex client challenges by building innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
What You'll Do
- Perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system, including the creation of workflows.
- Build service request fulfilment workflows from requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks.
- Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and Soap calls.
- Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products that meet presented needs.
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports.
- Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities and automate process workflows.
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
What We're Looking For
- A college degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science) or comparable job experience.
- Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in a development role with a progression of increasingly complex responsibilities.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications.
- ITIL foundations certification.
- Experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools to manage stories.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow’s latest version features.
Technical Stack
- Authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP, SiteMinder federation, or Azure.
- Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes.
- Integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
- JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS and good web design practices.
- Service Portal implementation experience.
- Implementation experience on applications like HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, or Service Portal.
- Implementation experience on Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine Learning, AI, IOT, or Blockchain.
