Kentro (formerly IT Concepts) is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team supporting the VA ESOM-End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. You will plan and execute administrative tasks with a specialized focus on ServiceNow operations, collaborating with team members to maintain configurations, user access, and platform health for a large-scale federal enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute System Administrative tasks related to daily Platform Operations.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow instance settings, application properties, and platform features.
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access control lists.
- Monitor system health and respond to platform alerts and operational issues.
- Process and document system changes per change management protocols.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and administration runbooks.
- Support audits and compliance activities with accurate configuration records.
What We're Looking For
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- 5+ years total relevant experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL service management.
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (an additional 8 years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- US Citizenship or Green Card.
