Role Purpose: The COO Office is seeking a Strategic Insights and Alignment Manager to enhance operational excellence and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives. This high-visibility role combines strategic thinking, operational precision, analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment & OKR Execution - Develop and refine enterprise OKR frameworks - Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable outcomes - Facilitate strategic discussions and drive organizational accountability Analytics, Insights & Performance Reporting - Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights - Synthesize complex performance signals into concise executive-ready information - Collaborate with Digital Technology and Data Analytics teams Executive Communication & Storytelling - Create high-quality presentations and narrative reports - Communicate complex information persuasively - Support leadership reviews with strategic framing Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead cross-functional workstreams - Anticipate risks and identify interdependencies - Build relationships across organizational structures Framework Innovation & AI-Enabled Operations - Refine performance frameworks and best practices - Integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency Qualifications: - 8+ years in business operations, strategic planning, or performance management - Hands-on OKR and performance management experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication - Proven ability to influence without direct authority - Experience integrating AI into work processes Compensation Range: $143,600 - $251,300, plus comprehensive benefits package Work Persona: Flexible or Remote Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace environment.
