You'll influence market strategies, value communication, and talent development for the next generation of Solution Consulting professionals. We seek a hands-on, strategic leader to direct our CRM & Industry Solution Consulting team — a growing center of excellence driving ServiceNow's future growth trajectory. This role will manage CRM and Industry Solution Consultant teams, helping customers transform their businesses using ServiceNow's AI-powered customer and industry solutions. As Senior Director, you'll balance leadership and frontline impact — developing talent, strengthening team alignment, and actively engaging in market evangelism for ServiceNow's platform. What You'll Do - Lead and grow a high-performing Solution Consultant team focused on CRM and Industry workflows - Coach and develop talent, transforming consultants into trusted advisors and future leaders - Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to drive account planning, opportunity strategies, and customer success - Engage directly with customers, presenting ServiceNow's value to executives and shaping transformational programs - Ensure team delivers consistent, outcome-driven, value-focused engagements - Champion cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams - Represent ServiceNow's technology, culture, and customer impact internally and externally with authenticity Qualifications What You Bring - Proven leadership experience managing Solution Consulting/Presales teams in enterprise software or SaaS - Strong understanding of AI, CRM, Customer Service — particularly in Financial Services or Telecommunications - Demonstrated ability to influence matrix environments across Sales, Product, and Delivery functions - Comfort operating at strategic and hands-on levels, from executive conversations to solution deep dives - Track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams delivering measurable outcomes - Exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills - Genuine passion for customer business transformation through innovation and AI-driven automation Additional Information Work Personas reflect our distributed work approach, emphasizing flexibility and trust.
