R5 Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of strategic ServiceNow solutions for major enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will provide the technical leadership and architectural direction necessary to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within the Spanish market.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and implementation of strategic ServiceNow solutions for enterprise staff augmentation initiatives.
Define technical architecture, drive implementation strategies, and ensure best practices across complex enterprise projects.
Work directly with senior stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and deliver scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 7-10 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with demonstrated leadership in complex enterprise implementations.
Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, advanced customization, API integrations, and complex scripting (JavaScript, APIs, web services).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required.
Strong ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive architectural decisions across multiple workstreams.
Proven track record architecting and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects for enterprise clients, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
