As a Director of Outbound Product Management for Telecom & Media Industries, this role will critically guide customer and partner enablement efforts, product pricing and packaging, and serve as a market insights conduit. ServiceNow's Outbound Product Managers collaborate extensively across multiple teams including engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, risk, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product release, launch, and enablement for Telecom and Media industries
- Guide a team of product managers specializing in industry and enterprise SaaS
- Influence pricing and packaging strategies to optimize market penetration
- Support Sales in achieving targets through high-value engagement
- Drive significant market thought leadership via conferences and industry platforms
- Develop key technology partnerships to execute product roadmap
- Facilitate customer and partner product advisory councils
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years in customer-facing product management roles
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Demonstrated executive influence in managing product teams
- Comprehensive Telecom & Media industry domain knowledge
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving
- Bias towards action and market competitiveness
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Eastern time zone preference
