KTSA (KPMG Technology Services Americas) is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow applications. You will play a key role in developing customizations, optimizing processes, and managing integrations.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end project delivery from scoping, analysis, and design through to development activities across the firm's ServiceNow platform.
- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop ServiceNow customizations including Flows, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Record producers, report setup, and data imports.
- Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to enhance performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices to maintain platform security, reliability, and efficiency.
- Build and optimize automated processes using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and related plugins.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Work closely with business units to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide regular updates and demonstrations to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on platform best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
