Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end delivery of projects, covering scoping, analysis, design, and development phases across the organization's ServiceNow environment.
- Customize and deploy ServiceNow applications or modules according to business needs.
- Create platform-specific customizations such as Flows, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Record Producers, reports, and data import routines.
- Assess existing workflows to identify areas for performance and scalability improvements.
- Apply industry best practices to ensure platform remains secure, reliable, and efficient.
- Design and refine automated workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and compatible tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML formats.
- Collaborate with business teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical designs.
- Deliver regular progress updates and live demonstrations to stakeholders for alignment with project objectives.
- Guide junior development staff and share expertise on platform standards and practices.
- Perform code reviews to uphold quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply lasting fixes to prevent recurrence of known issues.
