NuAxis is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our integrated Information Technology service team. In this junior-level developer and administrator role, you will provide day-to-day operational support for our ServiceNow system and contribute to both current and future operational needs.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain agile, streamlined, and scalable ServiceNow system components.
Perform integration, support, and operational services with high availability and service delivery goals.
Provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, and Service Catalog.
Develop and maintain Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, and single sign-on (SSO) capability.
Maintain Active Directory Profile synchronization.
Create, maintain, and enhance team Dashboards, reporting, and scheduled reports.
Overhaul, maintain, and enhance Change Management and existing system connections.
Develop future connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters.
Configure User Accounts, Groups, and Roles, creating custom Roles where necessary.
Evaluate and configure systems for better performance.
Complete and maintain the Bureau Onboard Support System (BOSS).
Develop and maintain Financial/Budget, CPIC, Personal Security, and Project and Portfolio systems.
Expand the functionality of the Project Management Module.
Complete and maintain the Enterprise Architecture framework and workflows.
Implement replacements for internal web applications to meet new ZTA, DIT, DAR, and MFA requirements.
Develop and maintain APIs and controls for systems migrating to Cloud environments for Data Center Consolidations.
Monitor and take actions on Discovery tools.
Implement and maintain Contract Management tools to track software licensing and renewals.
Perform Asset Management on all items.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator role.
Proficiency in maintaining and configuring ServiceNow platform components.
Ability to perform day-to-day operational administration and integration support.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON, and other scripting languages.
