Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and follow industry standards.
- Customize and extend core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
- Design and manage advanced workflows, business rules, UI policies, access controls, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
- Build custom UI components and widgets for the Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Drive integration with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party tools.
- Maintain platform security and compliance through role-based access controls and data governance policies.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, improve performance, and perform root cause analysis.
- Operate within Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Produce clear documentation for technical designs, workflows, and system architecture for knowledge transfer and client delivery.
