Responsibilities
- Design and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions that align with specific organizational needs.
- Work with product teams and stakeholders to develop and implement platform functionalities.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation of new ServiceNow features and capabilities.
- Document ServiceNow architecture for internal use and future reference.
- Deliver new software releases through configuration and feature implementation.
- Configure, implement, and maintain integrations and interfaces with third-party systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience in roles such as Developer or Lead Developer.
- Certified Technology Architect (CTA) or actively pursuing CTA certification.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and database systems.
- In-depth understanding of CMDB and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for accurate data structuring.
- Strong project management abilities with experience leading technical initiatives.
- Experience facilitating workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ability to support presales activities, including scoping projects, estimating effort, and drafting Statements of Work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating technical teams of 3 to 15 consultants, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Experience communicating with C-level executives and delivering progress reports.
