At Devoteam, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to be the strategic leader for enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging complex business challenges with elegant technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Do

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs.
Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical expertise and participate in the implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities.
Document ServiceNow architecture for internal use.
Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
Implement, configure, and maintain interfaces/integrations with third parties.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of implementation experience (Developer, Lead developer) in ServiceNow.
CTA or aspiration to achieve CTA.
Experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB).
Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to ensure data is structured correctly across the platform.
Project management skills.
Consultative approach and experience leading workshops with stakeholders to extract business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
Presales support and the ability to help scope projects, estimate effort, and create Statements of Work (SOW).
Solid communication skills, ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
Fluent English.
Experience with organizing, coordinating, leading and managing technical work of 3-15 consultants (developers, testers, BAs).
Experience with C-level stakeholder communication and reporting.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in German and/or French.
