We are recruiting a visionary and execution-focused Horizontal Solutions Americas GTM Strategic Leader to propel transformative growth. This senior executive will combine strategic insight with operational expertise, serving as a trusted advisor to senior customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Develop Americas GTM strategy for Horizontal Solutions, aligning with corporate objectives - Collaborate across GTM teams, marketing, sales, partner organizations, and customer success - Cultivate executive-level customer relationships as a trusted advisor - Champion organizational customer-centricity - Drive cross-functional alignment and execution - Establish operating models and performance tracking mechanisms - Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes - Represent the organization at industry events - Lead and mentor high-performing GTM teams - Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture Qualifications - 12+ years GTM strategy/business operations experience - 5+ years senior leadership background - Proven strategic initiative execution - Strong CXO-level engagement capabilities - Exceptional analytical and communication skills - SaaS/cloud technology experience preferred - MBA or advanced degree advantageous Offerings - Executive-level impact opportunities - Collaborative, top-tier talent environment - Competitive compensation - Organizational growth potential Compensation Range: $248,100 - $421,900, plus comprehensive benefits package Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusive, accessible recruitment processes.
