About the Role

Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Service Sales Manager to join our growing regional team. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies and sales plans for assigned countries and customers across Asia Pacific. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, support local agents, promote our portfolio of service products, and coordinate technical projects, all with the key goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a growth strategy for your assigned country and customer portfolio.
  • Set up and execute a sales plan with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts and relationships, handling complex situations as they arise.
  • Steer and support local agents in countries where agents are used.
  • Identify potential and promote our service products, including spare parts, service offerings, preventive maintenance plans, modernizations, and service contracts.
  • Follow through the entire sales cycle from lead generation to collection.
  • Coordinate larger projects and technical assignments with our manufacturing sites, technical team, and customers.
  • Consult with your manager and document and steer all activities in our CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints to ensure concerns are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Perform other activities related to market development.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, automation, or system solutions.
  • Good experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong spoken and written Korean language skills.
  • A strong customer orientation, with detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks using superior organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team environment, with the ability to travel within the region.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the machinery industry or with technical industrial products.
  • Experience working with SAP.

Team & Environment

You will join a regional Service-HUB of approximately 50 colleagues in Sales, Technical Support, and Field Service. This role is part of the expanding Engineering team in Asia Pacific, interacting daily with colleagues from various countries.

Work Mode

This is a local-country position based in our Bangkok, Thailand office.
