International Dairy Queen, Inc. is hiring a Franchise Business Consultant to provide expert guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team in the Boise, ID market. This home-based field position is central to achieving short and long-term company and operational goals by partnering directly with business owners.
What You'll Do
- Effectively implement and execute the Worldwide Operation’s rolling 1-, 2-, and 3-year business plan for your district.
- Develop and implement a district-wide business plan integrating marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain.
- Establish and implement effective business plans with franchise owners across the district.
- Provide advice and guidance to manage marketing performance through partnerships with internal departments, vendors, and franchisees.
- Position franchisees for consistent achievement of goals in shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere.
- Provide impactful counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health.
- Partner with ADQ staff to help new and existing franchisees execute effective development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Assist with new store openings as required.
- Complete ad hoc projects as required.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $95,120 - $116,522
